Week 2 - Day 2

Welcome to the Trainers On 8 Week Beginner's Running Project. If you have any health concerns or injuries, we would advise that you sit this one out and join us next time. If you think or know that you might be pregnant, please follow the advice and guidance of your midwife or GP.

Over the next 8 weeks, I'm going to take you on a running journey. It really doesn't matter if you're a true beginner or if you just want to build a bit more confidence in your running. This 8 weeks will culminate in a 30-minute continuous run, and whilst that might seem out of reach at the moment, I guarantee that if you follow the program you will make it.
